Resorts 360 Scripts

I put some scripts together that I know are absolutely guaranteed to help you grow your Resorts 360 business. All you need to do is get active and use the phone and success with these scripts will happen.

The key is… when you prospect, NEVER do it face to face. This is where people screw up all the time. They are so excited, they gotta tell someone what they did and suggest to their friends that they do the same!

Big Mistake…. cause what will happen 10 times outa 10 is you did not create curiousity, you did a “presentation” which means if they did join you, they’d probably have to do that type of presentation to others too and that immediately scares them. And you probably will get hit with all kinds of questions which force you to further make you the “Presenter” which is NOT your job.

Our job is this and only this… become professional inviters.

MASTER THE SKILL OF INVITING AND MASTER YOUR FINANCIAL DESTINY!

By using the phone, you can be on the phone for 30 seconds or less and move on to the next appointment when you use my 10 second closing script.

You can be busy and not have to answer questions cause you need to get into another appointment right away (which you do.. cause you need to make another call!) so you can say with confidence “I cannot explain it over the phone right now, as I am getting into another meeting right now….” and that answers your friends and family’s concerns enough to let you off the hook from doing any small or big explanations (presentations), which then immediately turns them off.

WHY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FIRST… Can’t I just use the Internet and by-pass friends and family?

Cause, this is the fast way to success, as these people love you and want to support you. When you start a business, they should know about it and there is a super high probability, they will want to join it with you to either use the product or sell the product or better… do both!

But this happens successfully, when you follow the plan and you never deviate from this plan.

But most people don’t approach family and friends because they have fear…. Fear they’ll say no, fear they’ll tell you that you are going to jail for joining a pyramid scheme, fear of success, fear of money, fear of being judged, fear of alienation. Hey… there’s all kinds of fears. But why let a stupid fear keep you from getting what you want out of life financially?

Why let fear control you.  Remember Some Will, Some Won’t, So what – Next!

This fear drives people to spend money on leads, advertising, websites, systems, online tools and other time and money wasters that are as sketchy as roulette wheels in Las Vegas… Pay your money… take your chances, where the ball lands no body knows!

Don’t go there. Don’t become an internet marketer/lead generation expert… YET…until you master the warm market prospecting first. People who do warm market prospecting can see quick checks of $1000’s per week or month, while those who try to learn marketing online will delay those check, for many months or even years, trying to make it work with the worst of success.

Then FINALLY, they go to friends and family and try to do a presentation, out of desperation, and guess what? Since they just watched you fail for 9 months, there is no way they’ll join you since they see you did not have success for a long time.

So, trust me when I say this… even though I use the internet… I don’t want to teach internet marketing to you nor will I for the first 90 days of your business until you are ready for it. 8. Expose your lead to the Sales Center for them to do all the work and presentations for you

All these exposures do is show your people they do not have to do presentations, because professionals do the presentations for you in a dynamic and exciting way that get’s people interested in our products and also selling them.

In the scripts I have below, I’ll show you how to approach your warm market to get them to say “YES” to you without a lot of effort on your behalf. If you can call them on the phone and get them to hear you for 10-20 seconds, by asking them 1 simple question, you’ll see 8 outa 10 or better success rate in getting people to say YES to one of the inviations to a business exposure tool.

The 10 Second Warm Market Closing Script:

STEP 1: Call a person over the phone. Do not send email, do not talk to them face to face. Do not write them a letter or send them a text message. For this to work and get the most  YESES, you’ll have to do this over the phone where you can be in control. Use the 10 Second Close on them. Lead says YES, which means you win, you won the right to take them to the next step.

Here is the 10 Second Closing Script to use on them, and no matter what… DO NOT DEVIATE from this script or try to get friendly or think you can do it better than what this script says… This script is meant for speed, to create curiosity, and serious interest. When done correctly, your warm market will be EAGER to hear about your new find and welcome their new discovery with you, especially if they love to travel and make money!

Make that list of 200 people, make your calls, as every call is one step closer to a YES!


[YOU] Hey CHRIS, Ricardo here…. listen… I don’t have a lot of time right now, what are you doing today (tonight) at (Name a time… a time you think they’ll have open) 7:00?

[CHRIS] Ummm… nothing really why?

[YOU] Hey I have something you gotta see, I don’t have time to explain it right now, as I am getting into meeting, it’s 90% visual so I cannot explain it over the phone… so you’re free at 7:00?

[CHRIS] Ya, I guess, sure….

[YOU] ok listen, I need to run, what I’ll do is call you back about 6:55 pm then, I’ll talk to you then! Bye!

Now, here is what you say if they are Not available….

[YOU] Hey CHRIS, Ricardo here…. listen… I don’t have a lot of time right now, what are you doing today (tonight) at (Name a time… a time you think they’ll have open) 7:00?

[CHRIS] Well, I gotta take my daughter to Dance class.

[YOU] Oh, ok, I’ll catch you later then… I gotta run. (click – hang up)

What to say if you leave a message?

[YOU] BEEEEEP!  Hey Chris, it’s Ricardo Lalama, when you get this message, can you call me back? Talk to you soon”

That’s it, do not try to do ANY presentations! Do not explain ANYTHING about the program or I got a bizopp. Don’t try to get friendly, just follow the script.

STEP 2: Lead will show up to one of about 8 types of exposure/presentation tools that you have that include one of these methods. Only expose them to 1 method. Don’t give them a choice, know in your mind before you call them back which method you want to plug them into.

Remember your job is not to sell or convince or even try to do a presentation, let the pros and tools do all that!  It’s just ask and be a professional inviter by inviting your prospect to one of these 8 exposure tools, once they said yes to you using the 10 second close.

Here is the tip, we use  tools and technology to do the selling and presentations for us. We never do them ourselves! This is how you win.

The opportunity is bigger and more exciting than you think, so don’t prejudge anyone, let them decide for themselves.

Let’s say you want to use the 10 second close to invite a person to come to a recorded 24/7webinar and they are free at 7:00 pm. So, doing the 10 Second Close from step 1, you get them to agree with you to show up at 7:00 pm or a time that they said worked for them.

Here is what you tell them…

Don’t be late, follow up on time and note…. 70% of the people you call back will not show up, don’t take it personally, I’ll show you what to say if they miss the appointment.

[YOU] Hey Chris, it’s Ricardo calling you back, thanks for taking my call, did you still have that time set aside for me now?

[CHRIS] Yea, you sounded really serious when you called is everything ok?

[YOU] Oh ya, things are incredible. What I told you earlier that what I wanted for you to see was 90% visual and that I couldn’t explain it over the phone, so can you get in front of a computer connected to the internet and be on the phone at the same time?

[CHRIS] Yea, hold on, lemme login…. what’s this about again….?

[YOU] As I said, it’s something that I just don’t know how to explain over the phone, lemme know when you got a browser up, as I’m going to give you a website….

[CHRIS] Ok, I am ready….

[YOU] Great, type this in at the place where you type in website URL’s  – www.r360webinar.com…. that r 360 webinar, W E B I N A R dot com. Lemme know when you get there, should see a video there.

[CHRIS] Ok, I see it, what is this?

[YOU] Well, what this is …is a way to get anything you want in life, trust me… what I need you to do is spend the next 45 minutes or so, watching the video, that’s it, I know that’s kinda long, but it’s worth it. What I’ll do is call you back when it’s done, how about in 1 hour and 15 minutes?

[CHRIS] Ok, it’s kinda long… but since you insisted, I’ll take a look and we’ll talk later…. I guess….

[YOU] Excellent, seriously… you thank me when it over, it’s really that special, I need to get into my next meeting now, so I’ll catch you back in 1 hour 15 minutes.

If they Miss the Appointment

[YOU] Hey Chris, it’s Ricardo calling you back…. hey we had an appointment scheduled for now, something important musta come up, I hope you are ok? Hey listen, about our meeting, don’t worry about it, just call me back when you get this, Please let me know everything is ok?

STEP 3: This step is the follow up step and here is where most people blow it. They don’t get back to the individuals they exposed the products and business to and they drop the ball. More business is lost and flushed down the toilet due to a lack of active follow-up. So here, you’ll simply call your lead back and ask them a couple of really quick and easy, non threatening questions to see if they have any interest in the products or biz opp. Don’t freak out because you are going to ask them for money… It’s should as natural as when you go to buy groceries at the store and once they are all scanned, the cashier says.. Cash, check or charge and you don’t even blink and whip out the money. You’re friends will do the same, IF you do this next step correctly.

What to Say to Close the Sale After they See an Exposure

[YOU] Hey Chris, just calling you back, did you get a chance to watch the entire presentation?

[CHRIS] Ya, I did, wow!

[YOU] I know … so tell me, what did you like the most about it?

[CHRIS] I loved the travel program and the income opportunity both!

[YOU] Oh ya? When I first say this, I felt the same way too! Tell me more about that… what do you mean?

[CHRIS] Well… the vacation savings are amazing, I did not know you could save so much money on condos and I sure could use those extra $500 checks!

[YOU] Ya, I know what you mean. So Chris, do you want to make a little bit of money or a lot?

[CHRIS] Well, I wanna make a lot Ricardo, why not?

[YOU] Yea? Cool, what for?

[CHRIS] Well, I got some bills to pay off and I really need a new car in the worst way and this will be perfect for that.

[YOU] So do you see yourself getting started with our product at the $39.95 program and working your way slowly to the top or do you see yourself positioning yourself in our top package where you’ll earn $500 on each product sale?

OBJECTIONS AND QUESTIONS USUALLY COME OUT HERE – Answer a few

[CHRIS] Well, I got some questions about how we get paid.. how do they send us the money (this is really just a stall… they want to join, but they have questions, so answer 2 or 3 of them only, but no more than 2 or 3)

[YOU] Ok, let me write that down… “How do we get paid”, Was there a second question?  (If they ask, tell them you’re writing that one down too by repeating the question, as you write it down., then say…) ok, did you have a Third Question? (And keep doing the same thing until you have all their questions out in the open, then answer them all one at a time….)The company pays weekly by check, and they pay on the results of you selling other people our travel product. Those $500 commissions really can add up, especially once your team gets duplicating you! Did I answer your question (s) ok?

[CHRIS] Ya, you did

[YOU] Ok, did you have another question?

[CHRIS] No, that was it.

[YOU] Ok great, so, do you see yourself making money with Resorts 360?

[CHRIS] Yes, I do, this is just what we needed.

[YOU] which product would you like? the The top package or the lower one?

[CHRIS] I’d like the top package…

[YOU] Great! Welcome aboard! How do you want your name spelled on your check?

Sign them up in your back office using the “place a member in your downline” feature. Congratulations!

**NOTE: Did you notice the entire time… I never did any presentations or selling… I just LED the lead through the process and kept connecting them to the next step until the close! I over came any questions or objections, which is normal and nothing to be feared.

STEP 4: If your friend likes the program, you sign them up right there, on your website by doing the work with them. Don’t tell them to sign up at your website and then hang up. TAKE THEM TO COMPLETION AND PAYMENT! I’ll make a video showing you how to do this, it’s simple, easy and you can position your person in your binary leg strategically or randomly. It’s up to you.

If you are on my right team, I suggest you place all your new people on your RIGHT side for a time where you have a nice right leg. Then, build the Left leg. After both legs even out, you can set the system to rotate back and forth on each side for each new person you sign up.

Then make your selections there.

If you’d like to use our sales center, then that is an option here at step 4 as well.

What you’d do instead of signing up the person yourself over the phone is… you’d 3 way the prospect to the sales center, once you know your friend attended a business exposure. You’d then have the sales center do all the closing questions for you. I’ll have more specific training on this too, at a later time. Need help with 3 way calling and how to do it? Call you phone company and test it out with your sister before you try it, it’s not hard but you gotta practice it first.

I’ll say this one last time….

DON’T TRY TO USE INTERNET MARKETING to start off, unless you are already an internet marketing Jedi and you have done this before and you have had a ton of success already using the internet. You must go warm first, and then from your warm market, you tap into that first ring of people who know, trust and love you.

Once that ring is completely tapped, where do you go next? You go into your new recruit’s warm market and you help them use the same scripts you did, to get into their list of 200 people they know and work that system with them.

Doing this is a sure fire way to win folks. You know I am right, and you know it works, so don’t wimp out and ignore this fact by delaying your payday and by spending money on advertising, leads or marketing online when all around you are people that cost you zero $$ to speak with who would love to be able to have some extra income and a great travel product.
